These are the steps in the process... so, pretty agressive since they want to start construction this summer:
- Set up a Public Working Group
- Undertake a technical assessment of each of the three eligible sites
- Consult with the public and agencies
- Select a preferred site
- Public information meeting
- Assess mitigation measures
- Consideration by Committee followed by Council approval; and
- Proceed to construction
